Once we have fast-travelled back to Keener’s Rock, Aloy has three different options to tell the chieftain about Mailens’ performance in her trial. Ikrie, however, tells Aloy her decision that she doesn’t want to be part of the White Teeth Tribe and asks her to report her death to the chieftain in order to continue a new life. She will walk away on her own eventually to get back to the Werak. Mailen isn’t too happy about the help and fears that she won’t be accepted by the Werak for breaking the rules of the trial. Killing the machines enables us to tend to the wounded Mailen. As expected, she is not completely alone and in order to approach her, we need to get rid of a few more machines. The two now join forces and make their way over to the wounded Mailen, who isn’t located too far away. Aloy talks Ikrie into helping Mailen anyhow because life is more important than tribes and their rules. She is wounded but doesn’t want to be helped because the trials rules don’t allow any help from others and Mailen is very serious about it. She is worried about her friend Mailen, who is the second missing huntress. Once they’ve been dealt with, we have a bit more time to get to know each other and Ikrie will explain how this trial works. The break will only be short – the next wave of machines is already incoming, this time with some bigger ones than before, including a Scorcher. Time to jump on the zipline and join the fun.Īfter the first wave of enemies, a short cutscene will play in which Aloy and the huntress Ikrie introduce each other. ![]() You will see one of the hunters fight off a lot of machines. Aloy is displeased that this particular tribe doesn’t help their members who are in danger and takes matters into her own hands. He will briefly explain what the White Teeth’s values are like and that currently, two recruits are still missing from their trial to join the Werak. In the small camp called Keener’s Rock, Aloy can speak to the Chieftain to start a new side quest.
